Anger Management

This course runs over a weekend. It is by no means comprehensive, but does offer a place to start or to reinforce strategies we can use to help manage our own anger. We look at ways to healthily process the emotion of anger, to understand anger in a way that we are able to manage it and express it appropriately.

Please note this workshop is not appropriate for people affected by domestic violence.
